Production Line Supervisor (compression & packing)

We are looking for a Production Line Supervisor to oversee and manage the manufacturing operations in the factory. You will be the one to ensure Tableting and packaging operations are smooth and in its highest efficiency.
Ideal candidate should be familiar with tableting, preferably from the pharmaceutical industry, and packaging machines, from any industry. It is nearly impossible to have both, so we encourage you to apply if you have either one. This position requires an eye for details and a lot of problem solving. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done"
spirit.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the tableting process of the detergents and its packaging process as well, while following standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure that processes are smooth and with the highest efficiency possible.
- Ensure that all documentation and production records are accurately completed.
- Ensure correct commissioning/running of the machine
Qualifications
- Experience 2-5 years in pharmaceutical tableting process, or
- Experience 2-5 years in packaging processes (e.g food, detergents, fertilizers, ....)
