Pre-Sales Representative

The Pre-Sales Representative is responsible for visiting assigned customers on a daily route, collecting sales orders, ensuring proper product availability, and transmitting confirmed orders to the logistics and warehouse teams for timely delivery. The role is critical in maintaining market coverage, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

• Order collection & Route Execution
• Customer Relationship management
• Merchandising & Market Execution

  • ensure correct pricing and promotional execution at the store level
  • report competitor activities, pricing changes, and new product launches
• Order Handover & Coordination with logistics
• Reporting & Administration

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous experience in FMCG industry is preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of FMCG retail operations and distribution routes
• Basic numerical skills
